At its core, collaboration is the thread that weaves through Jarron’s personal and professional experience.

Outside the office, Jarron serves on the National Advisory Council of A Better Chance, an organization that has placed over 18,000 students from underrepresented communities in 200 top college preparatory schools across the US. Before garnering his extensive experience in the financial sector, Jarron played outfield for The University of Pennsylvania and was an NCAA Division 1 Baseball, All-Ivy Selection, and he recently joined the team’s Board of Directors. Jarron also has a passion for one of the greatest of collaborative arts — live jazz.
