Will is a member of Marshfield’s research team, having joined the firm in January of 2023. During his time at Georgetown University as an undergrad, Will was an analyst for the school’s Student Investment Fund and also served as President of his fraternity. Before joining Marshfield, he worked in a Chicago-based private equity firm. Will was particularly interested in coming to Marshfield because of the patience and bottom-up approach that Marshfield brings to value-based investing.

Will hails from Scranton, PA. Growing up, he spent summers working as an ironworker at his family’s metal fabrication business. Will is an avid college wrestling fan and a diehard devotee of the Philadelphia Eagles. When not in the office, Will can be found working out, exploring Washington’s museums – he particularly likes The National Portrait Gallery because of its American Presidents exhibit – or following electoral politics.
