Yolanda might have an identical twin sister, but we knew from the moment she arrived at Marshfield that she is unmistakably one-of-a-kind. Yolanda started with the firm as a temp back in May of 2000. Fortunately for Marshfield and our clients, that one-day receptionist assignment turned into over two decades with the firm. Yolanda appreciates the family-like feel of the team in that they share information, support one another, and work together with the common goal of helping our clients.  Her attention to detail, diligence, desire to provide a great client experience, and willingness to share her knowledge has made her an asset to her colleagues and clients.

Nothing gives Yolanda more satisfaction than helping others so during COVID when she recognized that so many people needed help in so many ways, she took the opportunity to earn her Life Insurance License.        

Yolanda is an “i” dotter and “t” crosser who sweats the details. After helping plan a kid’s party for one of her relatives (a Dora the Explorer/Diego theme), she decided to get an Event/Wedding Planning Certification so she would have a better understanding of the minutiae involved when planning parties.  

Good music motivates Yolanda to keep herself active with line dancing, Zumba, and roller skating.  She also spends her free time with family and her pet guinea pig named Guinea.
